Every new build in Scotland needs a building warrant and staged council inspections — that's normal, and we build it into the programme. Our experience on NHS estates and Fife high schools means the paperwork, inspections and standards side of a build holds no surprises for us. Payments are staged and agreed in writing before we start.
We build across Fife — Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, St Andrews and Kinross — as well as Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling and the surrounding areas. Rural plots are welcome; our own machine operator and groundworks capability mean awkward sites don't scare us.
