Time-served brickie who leads our squads on site and sets the bar for the workmanship you see in our galleries.
Machine Operator
Handles our excavation and groundworks plant — the digging, levelling and site prep every solid build starts with.
Apprentice Bricklayer
Learning the trade the right way: on real sites, alongside time-served tradesmen.
No building company does everything with six people — and we'd never pretend otherwise. Around the core team is a network of plumbers, electricians, joiners, plasterers and roofers we've worked with for many years.

We're CITB-registered and proud to train apprentices on real projects — because the industry only stays strong if experienced hands pass it on. You'll usually find our apprentice working alongside a time-served tradesman, never left to learn alone.
